June 26th-July 2nd

                    
 
       Had a picture of all the Senior Missionaries taken.
        (We're on the far right in blue)
We had our monthly dinner tonight and sang goodbye to these wonderful Missionaries and friends. 
                               Our sweet neighbor brought us flowers  popcorn and some fruit.                                  The flowers really brightened up the place and me. So kind!


Fun luncheon on Friday for Hansen's. They made up a fun song to sing to us and played their ukuleles. 🎢 They're going home next Wednesday. They will be missed! 
Kapua invited us to her family reunion to have dinner and she made these leis for us. She's 86 and has a huge family. So fun!

We watched a little bit of rehearsal for the Breath of Life show. We're behind them replacing plants etc.                                                 while they practiced.  It was fun too watch!

June 19th-25th

These two were sealed for time and all eternity today. 

       We had a farewell lunch for these wonderful people today!  Gonna miss them! 
                I made my first lei today. (The one in the right.)

Brents niece Emily and her family came      
to the PCC today. So fun to see them!

June 12th-18th

She also stopped by tonight, to bring us dinner. So nice! πŸ’—
Mii made flower lei's for all the guys that work at the farm to wear today. 🩷

  Very fun evening! 

Spent a couple hours over at the beach Saturday morning. There are these little mounds of sand everywhere. That's where the crabs come out in the morning and maybe in the evening too. Wish we could capture that moment for sure. πŸ¦€
        Another month has flown bye! 
  Live music and some Hawaiian dancing. 
                   Dinner at the Marriott with the "farm  crew" Friday night, plus two husband's at                         the end of the table. πŸ˜‹
  Sister Jensen and Sister Ko stopped by today to say goodbye as they are both being transferred out of our Ward boundaries. Going to miss them! 
  Town run. πŸ™‚
King Kamehameha Day is a state holiday that celebrates Hawai'i's first king. A great warrior, diplomat and leader, King Kamehameha I united the Hawaiian Islands into one royal kingdom in 1810 after years of conflict. We got the day off of work. (MondayπŸ™‚)

June 5th-11th


       
                We went to this Friday night over at the McKay building at BYUH with our District.                  We really enjoyed it!

   400 kids enjoying the beach and ocean.

.   Elder and Sister Nye. They went on trek with the kids. This was Friday afternoon. They came to camp last night over at Hukilau Beach that's across from across the street from us. 
   Friends from back home, Mariah Perez and her daughter!  "Our family has been on Maui since May 28th and Sloane and I are island hopping and gonna spend a couple days in Laie to see the temple and PCC. I thought it would be fun to see you guys if worked."  (It was fun to see them for sure!)

activity we helped with.

3 Stakes with 400 kids on Trek. They came Tuesday and camped at the PCC in a large grassy area. They came Wednesday morning for a service project, that we helped with, weeding over at the PCC. (Got a lot of weeds pulled.πŸ™‚) That night they had dinner, and an amazing activity and a devotional afterwards with Brad Wilcox. (Counselor in the General Young Men's Presidency) This picture is of some of those involved in leading the activity. 
  Awesome plant at the Farm! 
Spent the day with the family up at Turtle Bay again, and Stephen got buried in the sand at the beach. We swam and played games too. Fun day!
