September 11th-17rh

Our granddaughter Izzy got engaged to Evan. We're so happy for them! 

.   This is David. He works at the PCC helping keep everything looking good and we really like him! 

                 One of her daughters wasn't at the house yet when we started eating, so she didn't                     make it in this picture. 

     Kapua had us for a yummy dinner Wednesday night. Two daughters and son-in-law were there too. So fun! Also met her son who came by for a few minutes to say goodbye as he was headed over to Maui for a month to help out there. (He's in the military.) Wish he was in the picture. 

                                

       Sang Aloha Oe to Elder and Sister Purles, Monday night. They are leaving a couple of months                                                                          early as he needs surgery.

September 4th-10th

This is Nakau. He's a security guard and student here at BYUH. He's from: Kiribati (/ˌkɪrɪˈbæs/ KIRR-ih-BASS), officially the Republic of Kiribati (Gilbertese: [Ribaberiki] Kiribati), is an island country in the Micronesia subregion of Oceania in the central Pacific Ocean.

     Spent some time here Saturday morning. 💛

   "We thank thee oh God for a Prophet" ❤️

                           Friday night we went to Seven Brothers for a Deep Blue Cheese Burger                               with Crazy Fries. Yum! 😋

                 On Tuesdays town run we were suppose to pick this up in our van. No way!! 🤪                                          Brent and Elder Harris went and got it in the pickup truck Wednesday 

Went over to Market Place after and got our favorite ice cream and then bought this cute coaster. 

                                                         Met up with these fun people. 

                                                Met these wonderful students who work in Figi. 

                                                  Had a yummy lunch at Kiwi Grill. 😋

Decided to spend the afternoon over at the PCC Monday, cuz we had the day off for Labor Day. 😊

    Took this picture last Saturday night but forgot to add it. Thought it would be fun to have Elder Goats stand next to the statue. He's 6 ft 10 in. (He is standing on the first step of a step ladder.)                                                                        The statue is 7 ft 6 in. Hamana was  6 ft 4 in. 

August 28th-September 3rd

We worked "Ask Me"at the station by this guy and took a ton of pictures for people! Had our friend take ours. Fun night! 

     We're off to dinner and to do "Ask M  (My face got a little to much sun today🌞)

                 There were seven of these guys out in the ocean windsurfing. Fun to watch them                            sailing around. 

Another Saturday morning enjoying the  beach! 🏝️ I don't care to swim, I'm quite content to watch the ocean from the comfort of the sand! 😊

These Missionaries serve in the Visitors Center. We love them! 

   Hawaiian Mango Pizza from Pounders Friday night. Yum! 

August 21st-27th

 Fun speakers and singing and fruit for  dessert. Fun to visit friends afterwards!

                      This pretty little waterfall is finally working. Spent the morning weeding and                         watering this area. 

    They had us for dinner Thursday! Yum!

August 14th-20th

 

Met the Goodmans at Stake Conference today. They're good friends with our friends the Judds in St George. They are Missionaries at the Church Farm. 

   Wonderful Stake Conference! ❤️

    Also met Austin and Chantels friends.

                        At Stake Conference Saturday night, we met one of Stephens Mission                                   companions. Elder Smith. 

 Enjoying the beach Saturday morning! 🏝️

     10 months ago today we left for our  Mission. 

      He had to ride in the back    (No seat)

Got to see our handsome son Stephen today for a few minutes. Met him at the mall in Honolulu, then took him back to his hotel so he could go to work.✈️ At least we got some good hugs! ❤️

   This sweet Sister is going home soon!

Planted this area on Monday! It use to be a weed patch. Looks so much better!
